Abstract

"ARQUITETURA DE LICENCIAMENTO FLEXìVEL PARA LICENCIAR APLICAçãO DIGITAL". Uma aplicação inclui uma pluralidade de recursos. Uma transação é estabelecida com um varejista para obtenção de uma licença de produto correspondendo à aplicação. A licença de produto define pelo menos um recurso da aplicação que pode ser empregado. Uma cópia básica da aplicação é obtida a partir de um distribuidor e é ativada. Uma licença de uso correspondendo à licença de produto é adquirida a partir de um licenciador por intermédio da aplicação ativada enviando a licença de produto ao licenciador junto com uma identificação de pelo menos um dentre um usuário, o dispositivo de computação, e um componente de confiança operando no dispositivo de computação, onde a licença de uso inclui politica de recurso concedendo direito ao emprego de cada recurso definido em uma licença de produto.
