Abstract
"MéTODO PARA CALIBRAR AUTOMATICAMENTE UMA UNIDADE DE CONTROLE EM UM VEìCULO". Um veículo inclui rodas dianteiras dirigíveis, um diferencial entre eixos para transmitir torque de um motor às rodas dianteiras e às rodas traseiras. O diferencial inclui uma embreagem controlável para controlar a relação da velocidade da roda dianteira para a velocidade da roda traseira. Uma unidade de controle controla a embreagem em função dos ângulos de direcionamento detectados e informação armazenada, incluindo ângulos de direcionamento e valores de relação de velocidade de roda dianteira para traseira. A unidade de controle é calibrada automaticamente. A unidade de controle obtém periodicamente valores de ângulo de direcionamento, obtém periodicamente valores de velocidade de roda dianteira e traseira, gera periodicamente novos valores de relação de velocidade de roda dianteira para traseira, e substitui um dos valores de relação de velocidade de roda dianteira para traseira armazenados por um dos novos valores de relação, se os valores de ângulo de direcionamento indicarem que o veículo está em um modo de deslocamento sempre em frente durante pelo menos um certo período de tempo.
