Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE éSTER DE áCIDO CARBOXìLICO POR MEIO DE UMA DESTILAçãO REATIVA". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produção de éster de ácido carboxílico (E) por uma esterificação que é conduzido por meio de uma destilação reativa em uma primeira coluna (1). O éster de ácido carboxílico ferve a uma temperatura mais alta do que os edutos de ácido carboxílico (S) e álcool (A). Um catalisador de material sólido é usado na esterificação. A esterificação e uma separação destilativa ocorrem em três zonas, Isto é, em uma zona reacional (3), em uma zona separatória superior (8) e também em uma zona separatória inferior (4). Um primeiro produto superior (61) e um primeiro produto de drenagem (52) são produzidos. Uma fase aquosa (63) é separada de uma fase orgânica (62) do primeiro produto superior. O calor (Q~ +~), que é necessário para acionar a destilação reativa, é fornecido a uma temperatura para a qual uma pressão não superior à pressão ambiente é ajustada no produto de drenagem evaporado. O éster de ácido carboxílico é obtido do primeiro produto de drenagem, com a remoção de um traço de ácido carboxílico e álcool. A remoção de ácido carboxílico e álcool do primeiro produto de drenagem é conduzida por destilação em uma segunda coluna (71). Nessa disposição, o calor é fornecido a um segundo produto de drenagem (71), isto é, ao produto de drenagem da segunda coluna, que consiste, em grande parte, em éster de ácido carboxílico e pequenas proporções de outros materiais, a uma temperatura para a qual uma pressão superior à pressão ambiente é ajustada no produto de drenagem evaporado.
