Abstract
PROCESSO DE PREPARAÇçO CONTÍNUA DE ANIDRIDOS CARBOXíLICOS INSATURADOS. A presente invenção refere-se ao processo de preparação contí- nua de anidridos carboxílicos insaturados de fórmula geral I R-C(O)-O-C(O)-R (I) na qual R é um radical orgânico insaturado tendo 2 a 12 átomos de carbono através de transanidridização de um anidrido carboxílico insaturado de fórmula geral (II) R-COOH (II) na qual R é conforme definido acima em uma coluna de retificação tendo região superior, central e inferior, caracterizado pelo fato a) de ser inicialmente carregado um óleo de ebulição inerte no fundo da coluna, b) dos reagentes serem alimentados em uma região de reação em razões estequiométricas, c) do ácido carboxílico formado como subproduto ser removido no topo da coluna, d) dos reagentes não convertidos serem reciclados na região de reação e e) do produto de fórmula I ser obtido via uma retirada lateral, preferencialmente entre a região central e inferior da coluna.
