Abstract

"MISTURA PREPOLIMéRICA, ELASTÈMERO DE POLIURéIA, PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR UMA MISTURA PREPOLIMéRICA, E PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR UM ELASTÈMERO DE POLIURéIA". A presente invenção apresenta novos prepolímeros, compreendendo uma mistura de um prepolímero de diisocianato de tolueno, formado de um diisocianato de tolueno e um poliol, e de um diisocianato de difenilmetano ou um semi-prepolímero de diisocianato de difenilmetano. A presente invenção também apresenta elastómeros de poliuréia, compreendendo as novas misturas prepoliméricas reagidas com um extensor ou agente de ligação cruzada terminada em amina, para formar o elastómero de poliuréia. A presente invenção ainda apresenta processos para preparar os novos prepolímeros e os elastómeros de poliuréia. Os novos elastómeros de poliuréia possuem um alto coeficiente de elasticidade, propriedades de tração, adesão, e características superficiais, e podem ser aplicados por atomização, colherada, moldagem, ou calafetagem.
