Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO PARA APANHAR E ABRIR CAIXAS ADEQUADO PARA ACONDICIONAR PRODUTOS". Um dispositivo para apanhar e abrir caixas, adequado para acondicionar produtos, que compreende no mínimo um depósito (3) para caixas substancialmente paralelepipédicas (2) em uma configuração achatada, no mínimo um tambor rotativo (4) dotado perifericamente de elementos (5) para apanhar as caixas (2) uma por uma a partir de do depósito (3) e com elementos (6) para abrir as caixas (2), e no mínimo um transportador (7) para transportar as caixas (2) na configuração aberta a partir do tambor rotativo (4) no sentido de sucessivas estações de produção do processo de acondicionamento de produto, os elementos (5) para apanhar a caixa e os elementos (6) para abrir a caixa sendo atuados por elementos de came, os elementos para apanhar (5) sendo do tipo articulado, dotados de elementos (8) para apanhar as caixas (2) a partir do depósito (3) e para liberar as caixas (2) no transportador (7), o transportador (7) compreendendo, no mínimo, um carrossel rotativo (10) que tem um eixo de rotação que é paralelo ao eixo do tambor rotativo (4) e forma uma pluralidade de assentos periféricos (11), que são adaptados para acomodar as caixas (2) na configuração aberta depositadas pelos elementos de pega e liberação (8), de modo a transportá-las em uma maneira ordenada no sentido de ditas estações de produção subseqüentes.
