Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE LIMPEZA PARA UTILIZAçãO EM DISPOSITIVOS DE MOLDAGEM POR INJEçãO E DISPOSITIVO DE MOLDAGEM POR INJEçãO". Para poder manter limpas as agulhas de fecho 20 de um dispositivo de moldagem por injeção (1) durante a operação, está previsto um dispositivo de limpeza (10) dentro do dispositivo de moldagem por injeção 1. O dispositivo de moldagem por injeção (1) apresenta no mínimo um bico com fecho de agulha, através do qual pode ser alimentado um material fluente em um molde separável, sendo que a agulha de fecho (20) é levada até uma posição de abertura e de fechamento por meio de um acionamento. Cada agulha de fecho (20) está agregada no mínimo a um elemento de limpeza (40) com forma adaptada à extensão externa (24) da agulha de fecho (20), com o qual é removido o material aderente à extensão externa (24) da agulha de fecho (20). Os elementos de limpeza (40) projetados preferivelmente como discos planos estão reunidos em uma caixa (11) na forma de uma unidade de separadores, sendo que, entre os dois elementos de limpeza adjacentes (40), estão instaladas peças de afastamento (14). A caixa (11) pode ser fixada na lateral ou no interior do dispositivo de moldagem por injeção (1).
