Abstract

"EMBREAGEM MULTIDIRECIONAL PARA MáQUINA DE LAVAR". A presente invenção refere-se a uma máquina de lavar automática que compreende um tubo de giro acoplado ao cesto e um eixo do agitador acoplado a um agitador montado no cesto. Um motor acoplado ao eixo do agitador aplica um torque ao eixo do agitador e deste modo ao agitador na primeira e segunda direções de torque. Uma embreagem acopla o tubo de giro ao eixo do agitador para rotação cooperativa do cesto e do agitador independente da direção rotacional do eixo do agitador. Devido à direcionalidade dual da embreagem, a reversão do motor simultaneamente freia dinamicamente, o cesto e o agitador, eliminando deste modo a necessidade para um freio friccional separado para o cesto.
