Abstract
MéTODOS DE PROTEGER UMA SUPERFìCIE DE CONFORMAçãO DE PEçA DE UM INSERTO DE FLUIDO DE CONTROLE TéRMICO QUE ESCOA DENTRO DO INSERTO, E DE AJUSTAR A POSIçãO DE UMA SUPERFìCIE DE CONFORMAçãO DE PEçA DE UM INSERTO EM RELAçãO A UMA LINHA DIVISóRIA DE MOLDE DE INJEçãO. Uma configuração de hardware e método em relação para moldagem por injeção direta de lentes oftálmicas utilizando fluido de controle térmico que circula dentro de um canal fechado localizado no interior do inserto. O canal é fechado por uma válvula de não vazamento. O corpo de ajustamento é equipado com uma válvula de não vazamento correspondente. As válvulas vedam sobre uma distância operacional L antes que as válvulas sejam abertas para admitir um fluido térmico que circula no inserto. O inserto pode ser facilmente trocado ou calçado sem vazar, e sem ter que trocar a configuração.
