Abstract
"SIMULAçãO DE PROCEDIMENTOS INVASIVOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para pré-planejar e executar um procedimento cardíaco em um coração que inclui adquirir uma imagem ou mapa do coração; exibir a imagem ou mapa do coração; marcar pelo menos uma característica na imagem ou mapa; calcular as dimensões de pelo menos uma característica; identificar um ou mais pontos sobre ou dentro do coração para tratamento; determinar os percursos para um ou mais pontos sobre ou dentro do coração para tratamento; simular a inserção de uma bainha no coração; simular a inserção de um dispositivo médico através da bainha e dentro do coração; verificar se um ou mais pontos sobre ou dentro do coração podem ser acessados para tratamento; e executar um procedimento médico sobre ou dentro do coração.
