Abstract
"APARELHO EM UMA MáQUINA DE PREPARAçãO PARA FIAR, ESPECIALMENTE UMA MáQUINA DE CARDAR PLANA, MáQUINA DE CARDAR COM ROLETE, OU SIMILAR, TENDO UM ROLETE, POR EXEMPLO, UM ROLETE QUE TEM UMA SUPERFìCIE PERIFéRICA CILìNDRICA, COM GUARNIçãO". A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho em uma máquina de preparação para fiar, especialmente uma carda, plana, carda de rolete ou similar, tendo um cilindro, por exemplo, que tenha uma superfície periférica cilíndrica, com guarnição, tendo pelo menos um elemento de máquina com guarnição e/ou sem guarnição, móvel ou estacionário, localizado oposto à guarnição do rolete e espaçado radialmente, a partir daí, e tendo dois dispositivos laterais (painéis laterais) fixos, nos quais os elementos de trabalho, por exemplo, curvas de deslizamento para girar barras planas, elementos de cardagem estacionários, revestimentos de rolete são montados, nos quais pelo menos dois elementos de medição para detectar variáveis conectadas às dimensões do rolete são providos, os elementos de medição sendo conectados a um dispositivo de regulagem e controle eletrónico e loop aberto eletrónico e um primeiro elemento de medição sendo na forma de uma sonda de temperatura da superfície do cilindro e um segundo elemento de medição está na forma de um sensor de velocidade rotacional para a velocidade do rolete. Para permitir que um passe de cardagem, real, seja determinado em qualquer momento desejado, para permitir uma comparação com um passe de cardagem pré-ajustado, um terceiro elemento de medição está na forma de uma sonda de temperatura para a temperatura (T~ 2~) dos dispositivos para segurar (painéis laterais)e o dispositivo de regulagem e controle eletrónico é capaz de determinar o espaçamento real (a~ 2~) nas temperaturas reais (T~ 1~, T~ 2~) para o rolete e os painéis laterais.
