Abstract

"TROCADOR DE CALOR COM CHICANA INTERNA E UMA LINHA DE DESVIO PARA A CHICANA". Um trocador de calor de casco e tubos tem no mínimo uma chicana para apoiar os tubos dentro da carcaça do trocador de calor, no qual a chicana intercepta a parede interna da carcaça ao longo de uma porção substancial do arco. A chicana tem um desvio através do qual escoa, no mínimo, uma porção do fluido que escoa para o interior da carcaça e ao redor da chicana. No mínimo uma porção do desvio é externa à carcaça. Este fluxo de fluido através do desvio reduz a queda de pressão através do trocador de calor e também reduz, em alguma extensão, pontos adjacentes às chicanas onde fluxo de fluido pode estagnar.
