Abstract

SISTEMA TROCADOR DE CALOR DE GASES DE EXAUSTÃO EGR DE TRÊS VIAS. A presente invenção diz respeito a um trocador de calor de três passagens (11, 41) para um sistema EGR que compreende um invólucro (13, 43) alojando ao menos uma câmara de refrigeração para o gás que circula pelo conjunto das tubulações e dos cabeçotes em suas extremidades acopladas à tubulação de entrada do gás que vem do distribuidor da exaustão e à tubulação da tomada do gás conectadas ao distribuidor de entrada do motor, que é configurado como um trocador de calor de três passagens, i.e., com três diferenciadas área (21, 23, 25, 51, 53, 55) para a circulação do gás a partir do tubo de entrada e para um tubo de saída, o tubo de entrada e o tubo de saída sendo localizados em extremos opostos do trocador. O trocador de calor pode incluir válvula de desvio (35, 68) e duas câmaras de refrigeração (61, 63) em temperaturas diferentes.
