Abstract
Processo de extração de alcalóides indólicos e frações alcaloídicas utilizando fluidos supercríticos A presente invenção relata o processo de extração de alcalóides indólicos e frações alcaloídicas utilizando fluidos supercríticos e parâmetros diferenciados que aumentam eficiência da extração, obtendo fluidos mais ricos e mais puros. Esta invenção apresenta a otimização do processo de extração supercrítica de alcalóides indólicos pelo ajuste das condições de temperatura, pressão, teor e tipo de co-solvente para elaboração de alimentos enriquecidos, fitoterápicos e medicamentos. Os alcalóides em questão apresentam importante atividade terapêutica, tais como, atividades anti-tumoral, anti-inflamatória, analgésica, antioxidante, antimicobacteriano, anticancerígena, tripanomicida e leishmanicida. Com o processo aqui apresentado, verifica-se um aumento no rendimento da fração de alcalóides indólicos pelo uso da melhor condição de extração. Apresenta-se também a obtenção dos componentes desejados com mínimos riscos ambientais devido à redução do uso de solventes orgânicos e das etapas de purificação presentes nos processos convencionais.
