Abstract
MéTODO PARA A PASSIVAçãO DA SUPERFìCIE DE FAIXAS DE METAL REVESTIDAS E DISPOSITIVO PARA A APLICAçãO DA CAMADA PASSIVA EM UMA FAIXA DE AçO REVESTIDA COM METAL. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para a passivação da superfície das faixas de metal cobertas com um revestimento, particularmente faixas de aço (S) revestidas com estanho, que se movem em uma velocidade de faixa (v) através de uma instalação de revestimento. Para permitir uma passivação eficiente da superfície da faixa de metal mesmo em altas velocidades de faixa e simultaneamente a lubrificação da superfície da faixa de metal revestida, depois que o processo de revestimento foi concluído, uma solução aquosa de uma substância de superfície ativa é pulverizada sobre a faixa de metal revestida que se move na velocidade da faixa (v). A invenção adicionalmente provê um dispositivo para a aplicação de um revestimento de metal em uma faixa de aço, particularmente em uma instalação de revestimento de faixa de estanho, bem como ao uso de substâncias para lubrificação e/ou passivação durante a fabricação das faixas de aço revestidas com estanho, que podem ser pulverizadas como uma solução aquosa na faixa de aço revestida com estanho.
