Abstract

LIGA AUSTENìTICA à BASE DE FERRO E PEçA PARA UM MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA Uma liga austenítica à base de ferro de alto carbono, para aplicações resistentes e à corrosão, é desenvolvida para aplicações de inserto de sede de v''alvula, em que é requerida resistência à corrosão. A liga compreende 1,8-2,8% em peso de carbono, 0,5-3,5% em peso de silício, 12,0-22,0% em peso de cromo, menos do que 1,5% em peso de manganês, 2,0-16,0% em peso de molibdênio combinados, 0,05-4,0% em peso de nióbio e vanádio combinados, 0, - 1,0% em peso de titânio, 0,01-0,2% em peso de alumínio, 12-25% em peso de níquel, 0,05-3,0% em peso de cobre e o resto sendo ferro e uma pequena quantidade de impurezas.
