Abstract

ROTOR PARA UMA CENTRìFUGA. A presente invenção refere-se a um rotor (2) para uma centrífuga (1), especialmente para a limpeza do óleo lubrificante de um motor de combustão interna, sendo que o rotor (2) pode ficar alojado em uma caixa de centrífuga (10) giratoriamente, sendo que o rotor (2) é projetado com uma peça de captação de sujeira (4), sendo que o rotor (2) ou a sua peça de captação de sujeira (4) é constituído de material sintético, sendo que na peça de captação de sujeira (4) estão dispostas várias paredes de guia (45) distanciadas uma da outra na direção periférica e sendo que o motor (2) ou a sua peça de captação de sujeira(4) pode ser retirado da caixa de centrífuga (10). O novo rotor (2) se caracteriza pelo fato de que: - o rotor (2) ou a sua peça de captação de sujeira (4) é constituído por uma parte inferior (41) e por uma parte superior (42); - na parte inferior (41) estão dispostas partes de parede de guia inferiores (46) e na parte superior (42) estão dispostas partes de parede de guia superiores (48); - a parte inferior (41) e a parte superior (42) estão soldadas uma com a outra de modo congruente; - as partes de parede de guia (46, 48) estão incluídas na conexão de solda (40): - em pelo menos uma parte das paredes de guia (45), em um lado ou em ambos os lados da conexão de solda ou em um plano da conexão de solda (40), são previstas brechas (47<39>) que conectam, permitindo a passagem de líquido, câmaras (45) da peça de captação de sujeira (4) uma com a outra, limitadas pelas paredes de guia (45).
