Abstract
FERRAMENTA PARA O ACABAMENTO DE BASE DE VáLVULA E GUIA DE VáLVULA. A presente invenção sugere uma ferramenta de acabamento para bases de válvulas ou guias de válvulas para o acabamento fino de bases de válvulas e guias de válvulas em uma cabeça do cilindro de um motor de combustão interna com pelo menos duas ferramentas parciais (3,5), das quais uma primeira possui pelo menos uma lâmina (11) geometricamente definida e está destinada ao acabamento de bases de válvulas, e uma segunda ferramenta parcial possui pelo menos uma lâmina (15) geometricamente definida, destinada ao acabamento de guias de válvulas, unidas através de uma interface de precisão (17), sendo que a interface de precisão (17) é executada como uma junção de cone truncado e possui uma primeira superfície plana (19) na primeira ferramenta parcial (3) e uma segunda superfície plana (21) na segunda ferramenta parcial (5) disposta verticalmente em relação a um eixo central (23) da ferramenta (1) e, que em estado montado da ferramenta (1) encostam-se uma à outra, sendo que a primeira ferramenta parcial (3) é feita de aço. A ferramenta destaca-se pelo tato de que a segunda ferramenta parcial (5) é dividida e possui duas partes (39, 41), das quais uma primeira parte (39) consiste de metal duro e é conjugada à interface de precisão (17), e uma segunda parte (41) é feita de um material que é mais flexível do que o material da primeira ferramenta parcial (3), e que possui pelo menos uma lâmina (13) da segunda ferramenta parcial (5).
