Abstract

ELASTÈMEROS DE POLIURETANO SóLIDOS QUE EXIBEM REDUZIDA CONTRAçãO DIMENSIONAL. Esta invenção refere-se à elastómeros sólidos que exibem reduzida contração e a um processo para a produção desses elastómeros. Esses elastómeros compreendem o produto de reação de um componente de poliisocianato ou pré-polimero, como um componente reativo com isocianato compreendendo um componente de alto peso molecular tendo uma terminação de EO tendo menos do que cerca de 17% em peso, um extensor de cadeia e opcionalmente, um reticulador, na presença de pelo menos um catalisador. Esses elastómeros sólidos são produzidos via o processo de moldagem por injeção e reação num molde fechado, num índice de isocianato de cerca de 70 a cerca de 130.
