Abstract

LáMINA RASPADORA E MéTODO DE FABRICAR A MESMA. A presente invenção refere-se a uma lâmina raspadora adaptada para raspar material de uma superfície (24) que tem uma ponta raspadora (15) em uma extremidade, e uma base de montagem (16) em sua outra extremidade e é chanfrada no sentido da ponta, no mínimo na extremidade exterior da lâmina raspadora, sua porção lâmina raspadora que se estende desde a ponta (15) até um ponto adjacente a ou na base de montagem (16) sendo feita com no mínimo duas camadas (40, 41) que se estendem longitudinalmente ao longo da dita porção lâmina raspadora, e é caracterizada pelo fato de no mínimo uma primeira camada (40) ser feita de poliuretano com uma dureza mais baixa e uma resistência à abrasão mais elevada do que no mínimo uma segunda camada (41) que é feita principalmente de plástico policarbonato, dita no mínimo uma segunda camada de plástico policarbonato (41) sendo adaptada para reforçar e enrijecer a dita no mínimo uma primeira camada que constitui uma superfície de contato principal (42) contra dita superfície (24).
