Abstract

COMPOSTO RIGIDIFICADO PARA MODULAçãO DA ATIVIDADE DE HEPARANASE e COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA. São revelados compostos rigidif içados novos que possuem um resíduo semelhante à rodanina e pelo menos um resíduo de aril ou heteroaril ligado ao resíduo semelhante à rodanina, onde uma estrutura de núcleo destes compostos, como definido na especificação, é distinguida como tendo uma ou zero ligações de livre rotação; também foram reveladas composições farmacêuticas contendo estes compostos rigidificados e seu uso para modulação da atividade de proteínas de ligação com a heparina e, assim, no tratamento de doenças associadas com proteínas de ligação com a heparina, assim como no tratamento de condições médicas que são pelo menos parcialmente tratáveis por rodanina ou um análogo da rodanina.
