Abstract

FILME DE ACONDICIONAMENTO RETORTáVEL RESISTENTE à ABUSO TENDO CAMADA DE BARREIRA DE OXIGêNIO CONTENDO MISTURA DE POLIAMIDA AMORFA E POLIAMIDA SEMICRISTALINA. Um filme de acondicionamento de camada múltipla tem uma primeira camada externa reticulada que serve como uma camada de vedação e camada de contato de produto, e uma camada de barreira de 02 reticulada. A camada de barreira de 02 compreende uma mistura de (i) de 50 a 95 peso por cento, baseado no peso da mistura, de uma poliamida amorfa com uma temperatura de transição do vidro de cerca de 800C a cerca de 20000, e (ii) uma poliamida semi-cristalina. A poliamida semi-cristalina compreende pelo menos um membro selecionado a partir do grupo consistindo de: (a) de 5 a 50 por cento, baseado no peso da mistura, de PA-MXD,6/MXD,I; e (b) de 5 a 15 por cento, baseado no peso da mistura, de uma poliamida nucleada e não-nucleada tendo um número de viscosidade de 150 mililitros por grama a 185 mililitros por grama, conforme medido com o Método Teste ISO 307. A invenção também pertence aos artigos de acondicionamento produzidos a partir do filme, produtos acondicionados utilizando o filme no acondicionamento, e um processo de acondicionamento utilizando o filme.
