Abstract

SISTEMA DE CONTROLE PARA UMA MáQUINA DE FABRICAçãO DE PAPEL OU MáQUINA DE SECAGEM DE POLPA QUE TEM UMA SEçãO DE PRENSA, MéTODO PAPA CONTROLAR A REMOçãO DE áGUA DE UMA TELA DE PAPEL E MáQUINA DE FABRICAçãO DE PAPEL. A presente invenção apresenta um sistema de controle automático, um método e uma máquina de fabricação de papel que utiliza tal sistema de controle para controlar automaticamente a quantidade de remoção de água da seção de prensa através da aplicação mensurada de agentes químicos de remoção de água aplicados a uma tela de papel em um processo de fabricação de papel. O sistema de controle inclui um controlador de realimentação para controlar a quantidade de agente químico de remoção de água aplicado a uma tela de papel e um dispositivo de monitoramento para obter uma medição da umidade da tela de papel que sai da seção de prensa.
