Abstract
PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR PROPENO A PARTIR DE PROPANO. A) uma corrente de gás de alimentação a compreendendo propano é preparada; B) a corrente de alimentação compreendendo propano, opcionalmente vapor e opcionalmente uma corrente de gás contendo oxigênio são alimentados em uma zona de desidrogenação e propano sofre uma desidrogenação para dar propeno, para obter uma corrente de gás produto b contendo propano, propeno, metano, etano, eteno, monóxido de carbono, dióxido de carbono, vapor, opcionalmente hidrogênio, e opcionalmente oxigênio; C) a corrente de gás produto b é resfriada, opcionalmente comprimida e vapor separado por condensação para obter uma corrente de gás produto c extraída de vapor; D) a corrente de gás produto c é contatada com um agente de absorção inerte, seletivo que seletivamente absorve propeno em uma primeira zona de absorção, para obter uma corrente dl de agente de absorção essencialmente carregado com propano e uma corrente de gás d2 contendo propano, metano, etano, eteno, monóxido de carbono, dióxido de carbono e hidrogênio, E) a corrente d1 de agente de absorção é opcionalmente despressurizada em uma primeira zona de dessorção, para dar uma corrente e1 de agente de absorção essencialmente carregado em propeno, e uma corrente de gás e2, contendo propeno, referida corrente de gás e2 sendo reciclada na primeira zona de absorção e F) uma corrente de gás contendo propeno f1 é liberada da corrente de agente de absorção essencialmente carregado com propeno dl e el em pelo menos uma segunda zona de dessorção por despressurização, aquecimento e/ou extração da corrente de agente de absorção d1 e e1 com reciclo do agente de absorção seletivo.
