COMPOSTOS MACROCìCLICOS úTEIS COMO INIBIDORES DE BACE. A presente invenção refere-se a novos compostos macrocíclicos da Fórmula em que todas as variáveis são como definidas no relatório descritivo, o número de átomos de anel incluídos no anel macrocíclico sendo 14,15,16 ou 17, em forma de base livre ou em forma de sal de adição de base, a sua preparação, ao seu uso como medicamento e aos medicamentos compreendendo-os.
