Abstract
DETECçãO DE IMAGEM EM TEMPO REAL USANDO DADOS DE POLARIZAçãO. A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema e método de detecção dos simbolos de identificação polarizados em tempo real. Um quadro dos dados da imagem é provido (110) tendo uma pluralidade de pixels, onde cada pixel inclui informação de intensidade de luz polarizada. Um valor de intensidade é determinado para cada um dos pixels a partir da informação de intensidade da luz polarizada (120). Uma primeira porção dos pixeis tendo valores de intensidade dentro de uma faixa de intensidade é selecionada (130,140). Os pixels na primeira porção tendo ângulo similar de valores de polarização lineares dentro de uma faixa de tolerância são analisados (180), por meio disso detectando os simbolos de identificação polarizados nos dados da imagem (190).
