Abstract

COQUILHA PARA FUNDIçãO DE MATERIAIS FUNDIDOS DE METAL LEVE E USO DE TAL MOLDE, BEM COMO DE UM MATERIAL DE FERRO FUNDIDO. A presente invenção refere-se a coquilha para a moldagem (fundição) de materiais de fundição de metal leve fabricado partindo de um material de ferro fundido em liga com Ni e/ou em liga com Mn, cujo teor de Ni e/ou de Mn é dimensionado de uma maneira tal que o coeficiente de expansão térmica da coquilha é ajustado até o coeficiente de expansão térmica do material de fundição de metal leve que precisa ser fundido em cada caso. Por meio da invenção é fornecida uma coquilha que possa ser fabricada de uma maneira económica que possui propriedades otimizadas de uso e ao mesmo tempo permita resultados de fundição otimizados. Uma tal coquilha é consequentemente bem-adequada em particular como uma parte constituinte de um molde de fundição de areia para a fundição de um bloco de cilindro (1) de um material de fundição de metal leve.
