Abstract
POLINUCLEOTìDEO ISOLADO, VETOR DE EXPRESSãO, COMPOSIçãO, MéTODO DE PRODUZIR UMA MOLéCULA DE LIGAçãO DE ANTìGENO, MOLéCULA DE LIGAçãO DE ANTìGENO E O USO DA MESMA-, MéTODO PARA DETECTAR IN VIVO OU IN VITRO A PRESENçA DE EGFR EM UMA AMOSTRA, CéLULA HOSPEDEIRA ENGENDRADA, COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA E O USO DA MESMA. A presente invenção refere-se às moléculas de ligação de antigeno (ABMs). Em formas de realização particulares, a presente invenção refere-se aos anticorpos monoclonais recombinantes, incluindo anticorpos quiméricos, primatizados ou humanizados específicos para EGFR humano. Além disso, a presente invenção refere-se às moléculas de ácido nucléico que codificam tais ABMs, e vetores e células hospedeiras compreendendo tais moléculas de ácido nuclélco. A invenção refere-se ainda aos métodos para produzir as ABMs da invenção, e aos métodos de usar estas ABMs no tratamento da doença. Além disso, a presente invenção refere-se às ABMs com g licosilação modificada tendo propriedades terapêuticas melhoradas, incluindo anticorpos com ligação de receptor de Fc aumentada e função efetora aumentada.
