Abstract
COMBINAçãO DE Pó à BASE DE FERRO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma combinação metalúrgica de pós compreendendo um pó à base de ferro A consistindo essencialmente em partículas de núcleo de ferro pré-ligado com molibdênio e tendo 6-15%, preferivelmente 8-12% em peso de cobre ligado por difusão às partículas de núcleo, um pó à base de ferro B consistindo essencialmente em partículas de ferro pré-ligado com molibdênio e tendo 4,5-8%, preferivelmente 5-7% em peso de níquel ligado por difusão às partículas de núcleo, e um pó à base de ferro consistindo essencialmente em partículas de ferro pré-ligado com molibdênio. A invenção também se refere aos pós A e B per se. A invenção também se refere a um método para preparação de um componente sinterizado à base de ferro compreendendo 0,3-2% em peso de molibdênio, 0,2-2%, preferivelmente 0,4-0,8% em peso de cobre e 0,1-4% em peso de níquel e a um método para se obter um componente sinterizado tendo uma resistência predeterminada e uma mudança dimensional predeterminada durante a sinterização.
