Abstract

PEçAS METáLICAS SINTERIZADAS E MéTODO PARA SUA FABRICAçãO. A presente invenção refere-se a um método consistindo das etapas de fornecer um pá metálico à base de ferro pré-ligado compreendendo pelo menos 1,3-3,5% de cromo, 0,15-0,7% de molibdênio, manganês e as inevitáveis impurezas, misturar o mencionado pó com 0,1-1,0% de grafite, compactar a mistura obtida a uma pressão de pelo menos 600 MPa, sinterizar a peça compactada em uma única etapa a uma temperatura acima de 1 100<198>C, encruar por jato percussão a peça e após a sinterização opcionalmente endurecer o componente. A invenção também refere-se a uma peça de pá metalúrgico e ao uso de um pó pré-ligado de baixo cromo para preparação de peças sinterizadas entalhadas tendo um limite de fadiga de pelo menos 340 MPa a uma densidade de 7,15 g/cm¬ 3¬, preferivelmente pelo menos 400 MPa a uma densidade sinterizada de 7,3 g/cm¬ 3¬.
