Abstract

MéTODO DE PRODUçãO DE IMPLANTE MéDICO FABRICADO COM LIGA DE BETA-TITáNIO MOLIBDENIO, E IMPLANTE CORRESPONDENTE. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de produção de implante médico a partir de ligas de titânio por meio de microfusão de ligas de titânio em moldes de forja que correspondem ao implante a ser produzido. A presente invenção proporciona o uso de ligas de <225>-titânio, prensagem por isostática a quente, recozimento de solução e depois têmpera. A presente invenção também compreende implantes médicos que são produzidos a partir de ligas de titânio utilizando o processo de microfusão. A liga de titãnio é uma liga de <225>-titânio e é dotada de um tamanho médio de grão de pelo menos 0,3 mm. A presente invenção permite a produção económica de objetos a partir de ligas <225>-titânio utilizando o processo de microfusão de forma económica. A presente invenção permite desta forma a combinação vantajosa das propriedades das ligas de <225>-titânio, particularmente de suas excelentes propriedades mecânicas, com as vantagens de produzir objetos através de fundição precisa. A presente invenção permite que mesmo implantes de formas complexas, tais como a parte de fêmur (1) de próteses de articulação dos quadris, as quais eram inviáveis (economicamente) de produzir através dos métodos tradicionais de fundição, sejam produzidos a partir de ligas de <225>-titânio.
