Abstract
CIRCUITO DE CONTROLE REDUNDANTE PARA CIRCUITOS DE AQUECEDOR DE CONJUNTO DE MANGUEIRA ADESIVA POR TERMO-FUSãO E SENSORES DE TEMPERATURA. Trata-se de um conjunto de mangueira adesiva por termo-fusão que possui um circuito de controle redundante montado de forma fixa sobre esta que compreende um par de circuitos de aquecedor e um par de sensores de temperatura. Uma falha deveria ocorrer dentro do primeiro dos circuitos de aquecedor ou dentro de um primeiro dos sensores de temperatura, os mecanismos de comutação são ativados com a finalidade de remover efetivamente o primeiro circuito de aquecedor ou o primeiro sensor de temperatura falho do circuito elétrico do conjunto de mangueira adesiva por termo-fusão, e com isto de forma substancial e simultânea, conectar eletricamente o segundo dos circuitos de aquecedor ou o segundo dos sensores de temperatura ao circuito elétrico do conjunto de mangueira adesiva por termo-fusão. O conjunto de mangueira adesiva por termo-fusão, com seu circuito de controle redundante que compreende o par de circuitos de aquecedor e o par de sensores de temperatura, compreende desta forma um componente operativo autónomo, auto-suficiente ou independente que pode ser utilizado em conjunto com qualquer unidade de fornecimento de adesivo por termo-fusão (ASU)
