Abstract

FORMULAçãO DE UM AEROSSOL FARMACêUTICO PARA INALADORES DOSIMETRADOS PRESSURIZADOS CONTENDO UM AGENTE SEQüESTRANTE, USO DO AGENTE SEQUESTRANTE, INALADOR DE DOSIMETRADO PRESSURIZADO E MéTODO DE PREENCHIMENTO DO INALADOR DE AEROSSOL. Formulação de solução em aerossol para uso em inalador de aerossol que contêm, ao menos, um ingrediente ativo selecionado de um grupo que consiste de 20- cetosteróides e derivados de quinolinona, um propelente contendo hidrofluoroalcano, e um cosolvente, estabilizado pela adição de uma quantidade específica de um agente sequestrante.
