Abstract

EMISSOR ULTRASSÈNICO E REATOR CONTìNUO DE FLUXO PASSANTE. Um emissor ultrassónico para uso em um reator químico é formado como uma peça unitária de material cujo comprimento é aproximadamente igual ao comprimento de onda de ondas ultrassónicas através do material a uma freqUência ultrassónica selecionada. O emissor tem uma extremidade distal conicamente conformada e uma superficie de montagem na sua extremidade proximal, mais um acessório de montagem entre as extremidades proximal e distal para montar o emissor para um reator de fluxo passante com a extremidade distal se projetando para o interior do reator enquanto a extremidade proximal se estende fora do reator. O emissor contém ainda uma vedação entre as extremidades proximal e distal para vedar o emissor no interior de um vaso de reação de uma maneira estanque a fluido. Com a construção unitária e a extremidade distal cónica, o emissor é capaz de transmitir ondas ultrassónicas de alta potência para o interior do reator sem dano para o emissor ou seus acessórios de montagem.
