Abstract

Описан ультразвуковой излучающий штырь для применения в химическом реакторе. Ультразвуковой штырь выполнен из сплошного куска материала и имеет длину, которая приблизительно равняется выбранной длине волны ультразвуковых колебаний, которые распространяются в этом штыре. Штырь имеет коническую форму на его дальнем конце и монтажную поверхность на ближнем конце, а также средство крепления, расположенное между этими дальним и ближним концами для монтажа штыря на проточном реакторе дальним концом внутрь реактора, а ближним концом - наружу реактора. Кроме того, в конструкции штыря между его дальним и ближним концами предусмотрено уплотнение для обеспечения герметичности в месте его крепления вну
