Abstract

APARELHO E MÉTODO PARA MOLDAGEM E ENCHIMENTO DE UM RECIPIENTE. Aparelho é proporcionado para moldagem e enchimento de um recipiente, tendo um corpo de recipiente definindo uma abertura em comunicação com uma câmara interna, para receber uma substância nela, e um tampão recebível dentro da abertura para vedação da abertura e substância recebida no recipiente. Um fechamento de barreira define uma câmara asséptica. Um molde inclui dentro da câmara asséptica várias cavidades de molde, moldadas para formar o tampão e o corpo de recipiente, e substâncias substancialmente estéreis estendendo-se pelas e contínuas às periferias das cavidades de molde. Um dispositivo de montagem, incluindo uma ferramenta de extremidade de braço, tendo uma parte de acoplamento acoplável com cada um do câmara asséptica e do tampão, é móvel relativo ao molde, para acoplar e desmoldar os tampões e os corpos de recipientes substancialmente estéreis das cavidades de moldes.
