Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a um material composto para mancal de deslizamento, com uma camada de suporte de metal, com uma camada intermediária de uma liga de alumínio e com uma camada do mancal de uma liga de alumínio. Os componentes das ligas de alumínio da camada intermediária e da camada do mancal estão de acordo, com exceção de uma cota de fase macia adicional na camada do mancal. Essa cota de fase macia pode compreender chumbo, estanho e<sym>ou bismuto. A invenção também se refere a um processo para a fabricação de um material composto para mancal de deslizamento.
