Abstract
LIGANTES DE LIGAÇçO A PROTEÍNA. Compostos da fórmula geral (I): nos quais, inter alia, Q¹ representa -NR¹Rü, -OR¹ ou -SR¹ e Q² representa -NR²R^ 4^, -OR² ou -SR² e A representa o ponto de fixação a uma matriz de suporte, são úteis como ligantes de ligação à proteína quando: (a) pelo menos um de R¹, R¹, R¹ e R^ 4^ inclui um grupo alquila -C~ n~H~ 2n+1~ no qual n é maior ou igual a 7; (b) pelo menos dois de R¹, R², Rü e R^ 4^ incluem, independentemente, um grupo alquila -C~ n~H~ 2n+1~ ou um grupo cicloalquila -C~ n~H~ 2n-1~ no qual n é maior do que ou igual a 4; ou (c) pelo menos três de R¹, R², Rü e R^ 4^ incluem, independentemente, um grupo C~ 1-12~ alquila substituído por - NR^ 5^R^ 6^ ou arila.
