Abstract
MéTODO E APARELHO PARA FABRICAR MOLDES. A finalidade da presente invenção é propiciar um método para fabricar eficientemente moldes superior e inferior de caixas de fundição, para eficientemente pulverizar um agente de liberação em um espaço fechado e para eficazmente colocar um núcleo. A invenção é um método para fabricar moldes superior e inferior de caixas de fundição que são empilhados, compreende as etapas de manter uma placa de emparelhamento entre duas seções superior e inferior da caixa de fundição que estão horizontalmente posicionadas, cada uma tendo uma porta de enchimento de areia na sua parede lateral, definir espaços de moldagem superior e inferior pela inserção de placas de compressão superior e inferior nas respectivas aberturas das duas seções superior e inferior da caixa de fundição cujas aberturas estão opostas à placa de emparelhamento, colocar as duas seções superior e inferior da caixa de fundição e a placa de emparelhamento em uma posição vertical e fazer com que a porta de enchimento de areia seja colocada em uma posição superior, pulverizar um agente de liberação nos dois espaços de moldagem em posições superior e inferior cujos espaços são definidos pela inserção das placas de compressão superior e inferior nas extremidades abertas, fornecer areia de moldagem através da porta de enchimento de areia aos espaços de moldagem superior e inferior e comprimir a areia de moldagem nos espaços de moldagem superior e inferior.
