Abstract

MÉTODO PARA RINSAR UM SISTEMA DE CALDEIRA PARA USO COM UM DISPOSITIVO A VAPOR Um sistema de passar a ferro de passar a vapor (2) compreende um ferro de passar a vapor (10) e um sistema de caldeira (25) tendo uma caldeira (30) para gerar vapor, onde o ferro de passar a vapor (10) e a caldeira (30) são conectados um ao outro através de um mangueira de vapor (35). Durante operação do sistema de caldeira (25), crosta é formada na caldeira (30). Para o propósito de remover a crosta da caldeira (30), um processo de rinsagem é efetuado no sistema de caldeira (25) em intervalos regulares. Durante o processo de rinsagem, uma válvula de rinsagem (38) conectada a um saída de água (37) posicionada em um fundo da caldeira (30) é aberta, e água é descarregada da caldeira (30) para um recipiente de rinsagem (55). No processo, partículas de crosta são carregadas com o fluxo da água. Preferencialmente, pressão é colocada dentro da caldeira (30) antes de abrir a válvula de rinsagem (38), de modo que a água é ejetada com força da caldeira (30), por meio disso a eficácia do processo de rinsagem é aprimorada.
