Abstract

INSERTO ABSORVENTE PARA EMBALAGEM DE GÊNEROS ALIMENTÍCIOS. A presente invenção refere-se a um inserto absorvente (9), em particular um inserto absorvente para embalagens de gêneros alimentícios. O inserto compreende uma camada de cobertura superior (2), uma camada de cobertura inferior (3) e uma camada absorvente (7) que está situada entre as camadas de cobertura (2,3). A invenção também refere-se a um método para produzir inserto absorvente (1) e para seu uso como inserto laminado para embalagens de gênero alimentício. Os conhecidos insertos absorventes deste tipo têm numerosas desvantagens, por exemplo grânulos de superabsorventes não podem ser usados como um resultado de uma borda cortada aberta. Além disso, o alimento exerce uma pressão específica, ocasionando então mais liquido a ser absorvido nos pontos de contato, de modo que o alimento tem uma tendência a se tornar seco. Para resolver estes problemas, a invenção provê um inserto absorvente de tipo previamente mencionado, no qual pelo menos uma das duas camadas de cobertura (2,3) é um filme com uma estrutura tridimensional e aberturas (6) que são permeáveis a líquidos. As bordas externas do inserto absorvente (7) são pelo menos parcialmente fechadas. De acordo com o método para produzir o inserto absorvente, uma camada absorvente, a qual é absorvente ao longo de toda a sua área que é coberta com duas camadas de cobertura (2,3). A camada de cobertura superior (2) consiste em um material impermeabilizado e tem uma estrutura tridimensional e as bordas externas das camadas de cobertura (2,3) são pelo menos parcialmente aquecidas - ou fechadas a pressão.
