Abstract
MéTODOS PARA O POSICIONAMENTO E O CARREGAMENTO DE PELO MENOS UMA NOVA EMBALAGEM RESERVA EM UM MANDRIL DE UMA URDIDEIRA, EQUIPAMENTO PARA DESENROLAR UMA FIBRA ELASTOMéRICA EM UMA EMBALAGEM E MéTODO PARA O CONTROLE DA TENSãO DO FIO ELASTOMéRICO EM UM FIO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma urdideira compacta que utiliza o método OETO que acomoda um maior número de embalagens em um tamanho relativamente menor enquanto apresenta uma via de fornecimento em série linear em que a dobra e a mudança de direção da fibra são minimizadas. Adicionalmente, a presente invenção é um sistema, um equipamento e um método para o controle da tensão em um sistema de alimentação da fibra que fornece um método rápido e confiável para a alimentação de um fio ou fibra elastomérico de alta adesão a partir de uma embalagem para um processo de fabricação. Além disso, a presente invenção fornece um método e equipamento para mudar as embalagens em uma urdideira sem interromper o processo de fabricação. Em particular, a urdideira compacta da presente invenção apresenta uma operação contínua para desenrolar e fornecer a fibra ao possibilitar que uma embalagem reserva (6) seja carregada no mesmo mandril como uma embalagem ativa (5) que está sendo agora desenrolada.
