Abstract
método para revestir opticamente uma lente termoplástica moldada por injeção, e, lente oftálmica termoplástica. a invenção refere-se a um método para revestimento em molde de uma lente termoplástica moldada por injeção que reside em uma máquina de moldagem por injeção orientada em uma linha de divisão honrizontal. uma lente óptica é inicialmente formada pela injeção de uma resina termoplástica fundida em uma cavidade formadora de lente com abertura na extremidade mantida sob uma força de preensão primária. o molde é aberto de uma vez quando a lente estiver rígida o bastante para manter sua forma. uma carga medida completa despressurizada de revestimento é aplicada no centro da lente. o revestimento é co-moldado pelo aumento da força de preensão de zero até uma força de preensão secundária menor que a força de preensão primária para comprimir o revestimento em uma camada livre de franjas de espessura uniforme.
