Abstract

COMPOSIÇÃO ELASTOMÉRICA, PNEU, E, MÉTODO DE PRODUÇÃO DO MESMO. Uma composição elastomérica inclui um elastômero e um negro de fumo, onde o negro de fumo é distinguido como tendo um COAN entre cerca de 90 e 150 ml/100 g, uma BET entre 50 e 69 m2/g e um índice de distribuição DI que é maior do que 1,5, onde o DI é uma relação entre dw e dmodo. Em realizações especiais, o elastômero poderá ser escolhido de uma ou mais borrachas naturais, uma ou mais borrachas sintéticas ou combinação das mesmas. Por exemplo, uma ou mais borrachas sintéticas poderão ser escolhidas de borracha de estireno-butadieno, borracha de butadieno, borracha de poliisopreno, borrachas butílicas ou combinações das mesmas. Produtos feitos a partir da composição elastomérica incluem pneus e outros produtos, especialmente pneus que incluem um costado, uma carcaça, uma banda de rodagem de reforço da carcaça e/ou uma sub-banda de rodagem, compostas da composição elastomérica.
