Abstract

MÁQUINA PERFURADORA DE EMBALAGENS. A invenção refere-se a um equipamento destinado a perfuração de embalagens plásticas. A máquina compreende uma tremonha (1) de alimentação das embalagens, em cuja base (2) estão posicionados dois rolos (3) horizontais e paralelos, que são revestidos externamente por pinos cônicos (4). Cada um dos rolos (3) é acionado por um conjunto específico de motor elétrico (5) e caixa de redução (6). A base da máquina (2) é aberta em seu fundo para a saída do material processado. Essa máquina, preferencialmente, pode ser montada acima de uma esteira transportadora que coleta o material processado, diretamente sobre uma prensa para formação de fardos ou ainda diretamente sobre um moinho que irá moer as embalagens perfuradas. A montagem dos rolos (3) na base da máquina (2), observa-se que os pinos cônicos (4) se trespassam centralmente, a fim de garantir a total perfuração das embalagens. As extremidades dos eixos (7) são apoiadas em mancais (8) montados sobre as mesas das vigas que formam a base (2). Pelo lado interno da base (2) estão fixadas lâminas direcionadoras (9), que ficam intercaladas com os pinos cônicos (4).
