Capacitores para altas temperaturas e método para a fabricação do mesmo. é descrito um capacitor (10) incluindo uma camada dielétrica feita de um filme de polieterimida (22) e apresentando ao menos uma superfície (24) fluorada. O capacitor (10) também inclui uma camada metalizada disposta na superfície fluorada (24) do filme de polieterimida (22). O capacitor ainda inclui um eletrodo (20) disposto de um lado do filme de polieterimida (22) oposto á superfície fluorada (24). Também é descrito um método (28) para a fabricação de um capacitor (10). O método (28) inclui tratar a plasma a superfície de um filme de polieterimida (22). O método (28) também inclui metalizar a superfície (24). O método (28) ainda inclui dispor um eletrodo (20) em uma superfície oposta e por fim embalar o capacitor (10).
