Abstract
ARAME EM BRUTO DE AçO E MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR O MESMO. Expõe-se um arame em bruto e um método para produzir o mesmo. O arame em bruto é excelente na operabilidade da trefilação de arame, não suscetível a quebra do arame apesar de um aumento na velocidade de trefilação do arame, e redução de área, e capacidade de prolongar a vida útil da matriz pela supressão do calor da matriz. O arame em bruto é feito de aço que contém, c: 0,6 a 1,1%, Si: 0,1 a 2,0%, Mn: 0,1 a 1%, P: não mais do que 0,20%, N: não mais do que 0,20%, N: não mais do que 0,006%, Al: não mais do que 0,03%, e O: não mais do que 0,003%, sendo o equilíbrio formado por Fe, e impurezas inevitáveis. Além disso, o arame em bruto compreende uma estrutura de perlita em que uma relação de área de uma ferrita de segunda fase é não superior a 11,0%, e um espaçamento lamelar de perlita não inferior a 120 <109>m.
