Abstract

ELEMENTO DE EXTRAVASAMENTO REFECHáVEL PARA ALIMENTOS LìQUIDOS EMBALADOS EM EMBALAGENS COMPOSTAS DE PAPELãO/PLáSTICO A presente invenção refere-se a um elemento de extravasamento para alimentos líquidos embalados em embalagens compostas de papelão/plástico, consistindo em uma base (1), envolvida por um flange (4) e tendo ambas uma rosca interna (5) e uma rosca externa (6), um elemento de abertura (2) tendo pelo menos uma borda cortante (10) ou assemelhados, bem como perfurações, e uma tampa de rosca (3), formada como uma cobertura rosqueada, em que o elemento de abertura (2) tem uma rosca externa (8) e é disposto dentro da base (1), e em que o elemento de abertura (2) é formado de modo que, quando a tampa (3) é operada pela primeira vez, corta uma abertura no material de embalagem localizado sob o elemento de extravasamento, em que se proporciona nele, como uma abertura, pelo menos uma janela de abertura (o), que é disposta de modo que, após abertura pela primeira vez, aponte para um lado, e, após refechamento e aberturas repetidas para esvaziamento de resíduos da embalagem composta, aponte para o lado oposto.
