Abstract

COMPOSIÇçO MÁSTICA EXPANDIDA OU EXPANSÍVEL PARA O REFORÇO ESTRUTURAL DE UM CORPO METÁLICO OCO E TAL CORPO OCO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição de mástique expandida ou expansível a quente, que pode ser usada para reforço estrutural de um corpo metálico oco, a um processo para preparação dessa composição, a tal corpo oco e a um uso dessa composição. A invenção se aplica, em particular, a painéis de corpos para veículos motorizados, veículos ae rotransportados e veículos espaciais. Uma composição de mástique expandida ou expansível, de acordo com a invenção, é baseada em pelo menos uma resina epóxi, e também compreende pelo menos um copolímero em bloco selecionado do grupo consistindo em copolímeros de fórmula SBM e de fórmula MAM, em que S, B, M e A, respectivamente, denotam blocos poliméricos predominantemente derivados de um monômero aromático de vinila, de um monômero de dieno conjugado, de metacrilato de metila e de um acrilato ou metacrilato de alquila.
