Abstract
APERFEIçOMENTOS INTRODUZIDOS EM EQUIPAMENTO PARA RESFRIAMENTO ARTIFICIAL DE GRãOS E SEMENTES , Refere-se a Patente de Invenção a aperfeiçoamentos introduzidos em equipamento elétrico para suprimento de ar de resfriamento artificial de grãos e sementes a granel, móvel ou estacionário, composto por novo sistema de controles automatizados e novos projetos das serpentinas que permitem manter a umidade e temperatura do ar primário, dentro da faixa de variação segura para a finalidade a que se destina, independentemente da umidade e temperatura do ar ambiente. Avançados controles automáticos, permitem fina modulação de potência frigorífica, controle da pressão de sucção, controle de vazão variável de ar na serpentina de condensação e parâmetros de projeto, para permitir operação segura sob as mais diversas condições climáticas e estruturas de armazenagem. Estas inovações trazem também grandes vantagem para evitar o congelamento das serpentinas do evaporador e controle da umidade do ar primário.IMPROVEMENTS INTRODUCED IN EQUIPMENT FOR ARTIFICIAL GRAIN AND SEED REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT, Referring to the Patent of Invention for improvements made to electrical equipment for the supply of mobile or stationary bulk grains and seeds artificial cooling air, composed of a new automated control system. and new coil designs that allow the primary air humidity and temperature to be maintained within the safe range for its intended purpose, regardless of the ambient air humidity and temperature. Advanced automatic controls allow fine modulation of refrigeration power, suction pressure control, variable condenser coil air flow control and design parameters to allow safe operation under the most diverse weather conditions and storage structures. These innovations also bring great advantages to prevent freezing of evaporator coils and control of primary air humidity.
